Level I

Bitel's line of Flex products will be held in inventory for shipment at your request, providing fast delivery to your facility or that of your merchant's. You will receive inventory and deployment reports.

Level II

Added to the level I support, TASQ® will facilitate repairs and swap-outs as you direct, on behalf of your merchant. As in level I, reporting will be provided, documenting all activities.

Level III

Level III support includes levels I & II. The added benefits of 24/7 help desk phone support rounds out Bitel's commitment to world class customer relationship management. If you have your own help desk services during normal business hours, you might consider TASQ® level III as a backup for your merchants that operate 24/7.
